Introductory Member Scholarship Form - Individuals interested in membership of AFP may apply for a scholarship to provide one year membership.

2011 Chamberlain Scholarship Application - The Chamberlin offers an AFP member a scholarship to pay for the registration cost of the AFP International Conference.  Deadline for submission is Oct. 1, 2010.
