Kelly Dreibelbis has over 22 years of experience in fundraising with the Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo, Erin’s House for Grieving Children, and her own consulting business – 3 Point Fundraising Consulting. She has helped manage capital campaigns in the range of $500,000 to $40m, assisted in the development of non-profit boards, established development offices and plans, created and analyzed fundraising events, and worked with grants, annual campaigns, major gifts, and planned giving programs. Some of her consulting clients have included the YWCA of Northeast Indiana, Turnstone, Honeywell Foundation, Specialty Tutoring, Junior Achievement, Black Pine Animal Sanctuary, Amani Family Services, LC Nature Park, Easter Seals ARC, Arts United, Fort Wayne Community Schools Foundation and Super Shot.

Kelly received her Bachelor of Science from Clemson University and Master of Science from Southern Illinois University. She has been active in the Association of Fundraising Professionals, serving on the Board of Directors and Chairing multiple committees over the years. Kelly has received many certifications for continuing fundraising and management education programs, such as those offered at the Lilly Family IU School of Philanthropy, been a 40 under 40 award winner, and been named the Development Professional of the Year during National Philanthropy Day 2014.

Joan Baumgartner Brown brings over 40 years of social profit experience, having held diverse roles such as CEO, ED, CDO, trustee, and consultant. She has mentored executive directors, development professionals, and boards in sectors such as human services, arts and culture, healthcare, and foundations, both domestically and internationally. Joan's expertise lies in helping organizations provide high-impact services to their communities while fostering deep donor engagement.

Currently, Joan serves as the COO for Third Sector Company, specializing in leadership continuity. She leads the Interim Executives Academy, supports succession planning education, and partners with organizations in transition to find interim leaders.
​
Her consulting practice focuses on guiding organizations through leadership transitions and building sustainable operations, governance, and fundraising structures. Joan has worked with numerous Indiana organizations, including Audiences Unlimited, Northeast Indiana Public Radio, and the Fort Wayne Ballet. Internationally, her consulting includes work with Natün and Safe Passages in Guatemala, Cristosal in El Salvador, and Family for Every Child in London.

Joan holds a BA in Management from Asbury University, has completed graduate work at IUPU Indianapolis, and holds certifications in Nonprofit Board Consulting and Interim Executive Leadership, as well as being a trained facilitator in The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method.
