To use a popular Girl Scout saying, Cindy Goshert "bleeds green." She is a lifetime member and dedicated alum who now volunteers in several ways of the council:

- She chairs the Girl Scout Gold Award Committee, which mentors and guides girls as they plan and pursue their Gold Award project, the highest award in Girl Scouting.

- She is a generous financial contributor, often making memorial gifts when friends pass away. She recently became a member of the Juliette Gordon Low Society, a group of planned givers named after the founder of the Girl Scout Movement.

- She is a Camp Logan alum, a group that meets weekly on Zoom and gathers annually for a weekend reunion at camp. This year marks the 95th anniversary of Camp Logan, and Cindy is a key organizer.

- Last but not least, Cindy volunteers at our camps each summer, teaching the girls fund crafts and imparting other cherished Girl Scout traditions.
