Emily Hull has selflessly served the FWCC for years. She understands the mission in a truly unique way, having been a FWCC singer for 10  years. As she will describe it, the FWCC provided her with opportunities to perform, tour, and develop lifelong friendships. Not only that, but the FWCC helped Emily develop into a leader – someone who is willing to work hard and create change.

Emily wants to give back: she volunteers because she wants other children to have the same great experience he did at the FWCC. Emily volunteers in an exceptional way: she is the first volunteer at events, quick to encourage others, and she’s willing to ask difficult questions.

In recent years, Emily has served as the chair of the Events Committee. She has been integral in growing our signature fundraiser, Do Re Mi, as well as adding alumni, donor, and a new donor acquisition event, Rhythm & Brews. Through her board service and relationship building, Emily has engaged other FWCC alumni to participate in significant ways. This especially comes to mind for Do Re Mi. In 2023, alumni at her Do Re Mi table raised $4,950 – which was the third highest table!

Emily is dedicated, loyal, and thoughtful. These are fantastic qualities that she inspires others to emulate (myself included). The FWCC is fortunate to have her as an advocate and leader.
